Day 1 HO CHI MINH CITY
On arrival, our guide will welcome you at the airport. Proceed to your hotel and check-in.

Day 2 HO CHI MINH CITY / DALAT (B)
After breakfast, depart to Dalat, known as “Petit Paris” during colonial times. On the way, visit a rubber
plantation, a tea and coffee processing plant in Bao Loc and Coho village before arriving in Dalat in the late
afternoon.
Overnight in Dalat.
Day 3 DALAT (B)
After breakfast, visit the market of Dalat known for its fresh vegetables and flowers. Discover the Tuyen Lam
Lake, Truc Lam Pagoda, Emperor Bao Dai’s villa and the old Railway Station. In the afternoon, visit Lat
Minority village. This minority has given its name to Dalat, which means the water point of the Lat. End the
afternoon with the visit of the XQ Folk village, where you will enjoy a cup of traditional tea.

Day 4 DALAT / LAK LAKE (B)
After breakfast, depart along scenic Highway 20 to Lak Lake and stop at Jun village. Enjoy an elephant ride
and cross Lak Lake to Mlieng village, home to the Mnong Minority. Spend some time walking through the
village and discover the traditional long houses.
Overnight in Lak Lake in a traditional long house (community centre).
Day 5 LAK LAKE / BUON MA THUOT (B/L)
After breakfast, enjoy a tour by a dugout canoe on Lak Lake and then transfer to Buon Me Thuot for lunch. In
the afternoon, drive to Buon Don Village. Take a look at an amazing suspension bridge, then, spend time
strolling around the village and visit the former house of a famous elephant hunter.

Day 6 BUON MA THUOT (B/L)
After breakfast, visit the Ede village of Tur, Drei Sap waterfalls and return to Buon Me Thuot for lunch. Visit
the Ethnographic Museum and spend time in an Ede village, where you will meet families weaving traditional
ethnic fabrics.
Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot.
Day 7 BUON MA THUOT / PLEIKU (B)
After breakfast, depart to Pleiku through the Ta Grong Pass and numerous tea and coffee plantations. You will
see the striking contrast between the green of the coffee plantations and the red laterite. In the afternoon, visit
a Jarai village and discover their amazing funereal art. Each tomb is surrounded by several wooden statues
representing each step of the deceased person’s life.

Day 8 PLEIKU / KONTUM (B)
After breakfast, depart to Kontum. Upon arrival, visit the seminary and the charming wooden church of
Kontum, built in 1913. The prayers are written in the 3 main languages of the Minority people and if you are
lucky to attend a Holy Mass, you will see that the church is too small to welcome all the devotees wearing
their most beautiful clothes. Later in the day, visit the Bana villages of Kon Jari and Kon Kotu as well as the Communal House.

Day 9 KONTUM (B)
After breakfast, depart to Dak To town located 40 km Northwest of Kontum. Dak To, which was an American
air base during the Vietnam war and the runway, where remnants still remain. Then, reach Da Ki Rob, a
Sedang village, accessible only after crossing a bamboo bridge over a river. Continue to Dak Ri Peng and visit
afterwards, a Gie Trieng village. Have a look over the Lao-Cambodia-Vietnam border point and if access is
permitted, visit the unique village of the Brao People, one of the smallest ethnic groups in Vietnam consisting
only 300 people. Return to Kontum at the end of the day.

Day 10 KONTUM / HOI AN (B)
After breakfast, depart to Hoi An via scenic Highway 24. On the way, stop at the communal houses of various
ethnic groups and see the last minority group of the region: the Hre People. Pass upon pass, valley upon
valley, slowly you will reach the sea level. In the coastal plain, stop near Tam Ky and visit Chien Dan Cham
towers dating from the 11th before arriving in Hoi An at the end of the day.

Day 11 HOI AN / MY SON / HOI AN (B)
After breakfast, drive to My Son, the ancient kingdom of Champa and spend the morning touring Vietnam’s
most important Cham ruins (UNESCO World Heritage site). Return to Hoi An at the beginning of the
afternoon and visit the Ancient town of Hoi An, which was an important trading port during the 17th and 18th
centuries and which, is now officially considered a UNESCO World Heritage site. Take a walking tour around
Hoi An ancient town and explore its treasures including the Japanese covered bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda,
Phung Hung Old Merchant House, Quang Dong Assembly Hall and visit a lantern making cottage and try to
make your own lantern.

Day 12 HOI AN / DANANG / HUE (B)
After breakfast, free time in Hoi An to enjoy the ancient town or the beach.
In the afternoon, leave to Hue, the former imperial capital via the Hai Van Pass. On the way, visit Danang’s
famous Cham Museum.
Overnight in Hue.
Day 13 HUE (B)
After breakfast, continue by car and visit the Imperial Citadel and Tu Duc Mausoleum.
You will also stop at villages to see how conical hats and incense sticks are made.
In the afternoon, visit Emperor Minh Mang’s mausoleum and continue the journey to the seven-storey Thien
Mu Pagoda on the riverbank at around 16h30 where you can watch the monks at their daily prayer. You will
end the day with a boat trip on the gentle Perfume River.

Day 14 HUE / HANOI (B)
After breakfast, depart to the airport to take your flight to Hanoi.
On arrival, welcome at the airport and proceed to your hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until your departure to the airport for your flight.
